Why wait when you already know?

Some couples spend years planning their wedding. Alex and Mikah had a rather different philosophy: we know we want to get married, so why wait?

And that energy followed them through the whole day.

This was a wedding full of affection. The kind where the kisses don't need prompting, the smiles arrive before you've lifted the camera, and the two people you're photographing seem to keep forgetting everyone else is there.

At Oakfield Farm, we simply let them be themselves. There was no need to manufacture romance or orchestrate moments. Alex and Mikah brought plenty of both.

It was warm, joyful and wonderfully uncomplicated.

Two people completely in love, surrounded by their people, getting on with the important business of getting married.
